If your student is not able to log in, first make sure their account is enabled in InferCabulary. Watch this video for how to make sure your student's account is enabled. If you are not able to view the video, here are the steps:
- Log into app.infercabulary.com
- When you are in your Dashboard, click on the classroom on the lefthand side.
- In the blue table on the left, you will see a list of students. Click on the student that is having trouble logging into InferCabulary.
- Click on Account
- Make sure the User Enabled box has a blue checkmark in the box. If the box is grey and empty, the student will not be able to log into the game.
Google Account Users
If your student is using a Google account to log in, they don't need a password. If not, you can easily reset their password!
Does your student use a Google account to log in?
If they do use a Google account to sign on, make sure the student is clicking "Sign in with Google" and then entering their Google credentials.
If your student is still having trouble logging in, try resetting their password (as long as they don't use Google or Clever to sign into InferCabulary.
Enter a new password for the student and retype it to confirm.
