When you have logged into InferCabulary and your screen is blank, there are some things you can look for and do to make InferCabulary load.
- Is your internet working? If you don't see a connection, reconnect to the internet and then reload the page.
- Check your internet speed. You can run a speed test on your internet to see if the speed level is functioning as it should.
- If your speed is slow, wait 10 seconds or so for InferCabulary to load. If you have a class full of students using InferCabulary at the same time, this may put stress on your bandwidth and cause InferCabulary to load at a slower rate.
- If your students are using Chromebooks, we've noticed that sometimes InferCabulary will take slightly longer to load -- especially if the whole class is using it at the same time.
If you have a white screen with just Support and My Account showing, click on My Account to see if your account is active. Look under My Plan and if you don't see an active plan, contact email@example.com to get help activating your account.
If you need help, please click on Submit a Request (righthand corner of our Help Desk). Make sure you tell us what device you are using, what browser you are using when logging in to InferCabulary, and the usernames of the people who are having trouble accessing InferCabulary. We really appreciate it when you take a screenshot or video with the URL line showing in the shot.
