There are two ways to set a user's password after their account is created. Both options are available in the User Details screen.
1. Send a welcome email
2. Set the password yourself
Send a welcome email
1. The welcome email feature can be used if the user has a valid email address in their user details.
2. Click the Send a Welcome Email button.
3. The user will receive an email with a link where they can set their own password.
Set the password yourself
1. In User Details, click the Reset Password button.
2. Enter a new password and confirm it.
3. Provide the new password to the user so they can login.
